1. You have previously been enrolled in another post-secondary institution (college or university).
    -or-
    You are a transient student who is currently enrolled at another institution. 

     (A transient letter may be requested online at Florida Virtual Campus or you may provide a hard copy letter from your home school. The letter must specify the courses that the home college has approved for you to take at CF.)

2. You do not yet meet the requirements nor want to apply for a Bachelor's degree.
