Nicole shared pics of native dress, we decided girls will wear long cotton skirt and white shirt *sleeves most important… Professor Wilson will look for material to make sash and material at waist so we will all match. Guys will wear white shirt and cotton pants w/ matching material tied around neck

Discussed budget for food, 87.75 for lumpias (spring roll) , 129.75 for Pancit (noodles w/ chicken, shrimp & veggies) We sampled these in meeting and gave them a thumbs up! Nicole’s family will be donating several items for cooking

Thought of maybe putting a recipe for these on the back of a flyer for one of our events

Professor Wilson let us know that Michelle is overwhelmed w/ school work and has decided to resign as President. She does not want to, but has to keep up w/ studies

We nominated & voted Nicole in as new president
